SUDC Foundation's Podcast Club, Summer Series

In July of 2018, the SUDC Foundation launched the SUDC Foundation's Summer Podcast Club. The podcast series featured Natalia Garcia, M.S., who is an SUDC Parent specializing in both Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and exposure-based therapy for PTSD in her clinical psychology doctorate program at the University of Washington. On the podcasts, Natalia shares what tools she has used to cope, and how she is doing after the death of her child Jackson. Natalia's podcasts are a three-episode series and part of "To Hell and Back" by Charlie Swenson, a psychiatrist in Northampton, MA.  He is a renowned expert and trainer in DBT "Dialectical Behavior Therapy". 

The SUDC Foundation posted a new podcast episode each week featuring Natalia Garcia, culminating in a live Q&A on August 10, 2018:

Episode 1, Surviving the Death of a Child. Episode 3, Surviving the death of a child.
