“Miles For Miles” CrossFit Workouts – June 19 & 21, 2025

Join CrossFit Coronado as they honor the memory of beloved Miles with two special workouts.
- Thursday, June 19: Take part in a “Mile for Miles” during regular class times.
- Saturday, June 21: Come out for a Miles-inspired workout at 8:30 AM and 9:45 AM.
All are welcome to celebrate Miles’ life and spirit alongside the CrossFit Coronado community as we raise money and awareness for the SUDC Foundation.
