On August 11, 2022 our Theo was introduced to the world and on December 5, 2025 he closed his eyes on Earth and woke up in Heaven during his sleep. Theo was our ray of sunshine. When meeting Theo, if you gave him 5 minutes he was your instant best friend. He had the most contagious laugh and heart warming smile. Being around him was such a blessing and he had the most beautiful light about him.
He LOVED monster trucks. Specifically Hot Wheels Monster trucks and his all time favorite was BoneShaker. He had all the Hot Wheels monster trucks and would always have to have at least one in bed with him when he went to sleep. We were able to take him to see his Hot Wheels trucks come to life for his third birthday present when they came close to our town. Theo knew how to live fast and crush hard just like one of his Hot Wheels monster truck sayings were. He gave everything his all and lived every day with purpose. When he wasn’t racing his Hot Wheels around he loved to be our friendly neighborhood Spidey or Geico/Catboy from PJ Masks. He loved to save the day and could make a bad day instantly good with his big hugs and goofy smile. He loved being outside and catching all the bugs, frogs, and lizards. He especially loved kicking his soccer ball around. We had him registered to play soccer in January and he was so excited. At night Theo would have whoever was putting him to bed to always read one extra book. He was a master negotiator in stories, snacks, and getting just “one” more toy at the store.
His Daddy was his absolute best friend and he was his Mommy’s little chef in the kitchen. He loved spending time with his MiMi on weekends where they played Keepy Uppy, blew bubbles out of bubble guns, and ate all the snacks. He loved riding around with his Gampa on the mower and being his GiGi’s best little helper. His Auntie was someone who he could run to and get spoiled the whole time they were together. He loved his Uncle Eli, especially when he would bring him Cheetos puffs and pizza. He was the epitome of best big brother and made sure his bubbas were laughing constantly. He was a bubble blowing lover, snack king, avid book lover, nugget destroyer, cuddle party starter, best dancer, best big brother, and most of all, our Theo Maverick.
We did not know we would only have 3 years 3 months and 24 days with our Theo. I didn’t know that December 4th 2025 would be the last night I got a cuddle party and wished my baby goodnight. His dad didn’t know those would be the last books he would read to our Theo, with him still asking for just one more and that Theo would never kiss him goodnight on the cheek again. We lost our boy December 5th during his sleep and our hearts will never be the same.
Theo left an infinite void in our hearts and those around him. He left his two twin brothers (Sawyer and Brewer) and has since gained his littlest brother, Winston. He was our twins’ world and they still love looking at videos of their big bubba. Our Theo was so special and his memory will forever live on through us. We miss his light in our life tremendously. We are patiently awaiting the day we get to reunite with you and wrap you in our arms and never let go. Until then we will carry you in our hearts in all we do. We see you in every Hot Wheels, every sunrise, every sunset, every rainbow, your favorite songs, your bubbas, zebra cakes, in every book read, the breeze, bubbles, and everything in between. We love you to Heaven and back, Theo Maverick.
