In Loving Memory of

Khloe Grace Perez

April 26th, 2018 - November 4th, 2020

Khloe's Story

Khloe Grace made her appearance on April 26th, 2018 along with her soul sister, her twin, Sophia Rose. Born at just 4lbs 10oz, 7 weeks early, head full of hair, perfectly tanned, and dark brown eyes made just for us. She stole our hearts from the very beginning with her shining yet shy, loving, and tender personality. Her laughter became music to everyone’s ears. At just 2.5 years old, she would wake up singing from the top of her lungs sweet lullabies. She was tiny but mighty, expressive, and smart beyond her years, described as an old soul.

Khloe was healthy and thriving, never had a cough or simple cold, developing perfectly. We never saw it coming, SUDC, would change our lives forever. Our gift from heaven, Khloe Grace, was called home and crossed over the rainbow on November 4th, 2020. To have known her was to know love at its most pure and raw form. Her life although short and sweet continues to have meaning and her purpose although not fully understood or accepted by us is becoming clear. Khloe would lead us to the SUDC organization and other parents just like us who have joined the fight to increase research, awareness, and one day help bring answers but most importantly prevent this unexplainable loss of life. We will never give up on our fight for answers and Khloe Grace’s legacy will live on for generations to come. For now, we hold on to hope and pray the days away until our beautiful reunion in Heaven.

We hope you would consider joining our cause and help fund much needed research to prevent such devastation to families for generations to come.
